The doctor was professional, made me procedure that I needed but his attidude- so rude, condescending towards patient. He made me first operation 16 years ago and I met the same attitude then already. Pitty that no changes had happened....

Olen väga rahul Laservisioon silmakeskusega.Kliinikumis suurepärased töötajad, väga abivalmid ja professionaalsed.Tegin endale ´´Femtolasik´´ laseroperatsiooni, mis käis väga kähku ja operatsioonijärgne taastumine samamoodi möödus kiiresti.Operatsiooni tulemus suurepärane - näen ümbruskonda nii detailselt nagu kotkas.Soovitan kasutada Laservisooni Silmakliinikut, kui soovite prillidest vabaneda.Aitäh

The surgery went well and generally friendly staff, nonetheless 2 weeks after the surgery control visit they were unable to prescribe me eye drops as the doctor was on holiday (and there was no one else to do it, in the entire clinic?).I asked how could I get them as I do not live in Estonia. I needed to get them before I leave and my eyes got a bit inflamed, they just said I have to go and reach out to another doctor who will be able to do it. I found this very unprofessional from their side.

Linssileikkaus toteurettu 31.8.2023. Perättäiset ajat puolisoni kanssa. Esitarkastuksesta viikon päästä saimme jo leikkausajan. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Varmasti samaa tasoa kun suomessa kaikin puolin. Hinta puolet suomen tasosta. Elämänlaatu parani huomattavasti kun pääsi laseista eroon. Hyvät moniteholinssit, näen siis nykyisin kaikille etäisyyksille ilman laseja. Palvelu onnistui hienosti suomen kielellä.

Пришла за рецептом на очки,глаза оперированы.Оптиметрист оказал услугу.Доктор выдал ненужную бумагу,осмотр мельком.Результат 100€- поход за рецептом на 3(!) пары очков.

Очень плохо! Проходила диагностику для принятия решения о лазерной коррекции. Услуга стоит 70 евро, после обследования мне сказали что не знают можно делать операцию или нет, надо дополнительное обследование у хирурга, которое стоит еще 30 евро. Мне пришлось уехать поэтому на консультацию к хирургу я не попала, но и результатов обследования я жду до сих пор. С мая по октябрь я пишу и звоню и прошу предоставить мне результаты обследования! и НИЧЕГО нет ни в digilugu, ни на почте. Хорошо, что я не пошла на консультацию дальше! Никому не советую эту клинику!

The place is very nice and posh and I liked it a lot (very good Energy). I went there for a visit and all the employees have been very kind and professional. They answered to my questions and they helped me to choose the right frame for my face. It's very important, don't underestimate this. Sometimes we decide for a frame, without thinking of many small, but fundamental things, and I got some good advice. They know very well their job (at least in this shop). Doctor Tiina Pakosta patiently and kindly, explained me everything about my eyes issues. Very good prices and this is not less important. Highly recommended and 100% satisfied.

I used this clinic 6 years ago to do my femtolasik surgery. Now after all those years my vision is still perfect. They were super professional at the clinic. And I can confidently say that it was money well spent.
