I intended to sell my almost new Iphone 13 128GB to Swappie.They have their in-house “method”:1) They offer you a good price for your phone2) After you sent your phone in - they reduce the price by 50% and make up flaws and even fake images. The fake is so obivous. They sent me pictures of a mirror with scratches on instead of my iphone. The support is lying to you straightforward.3) If you ask your phone back - they might even damage your phone in order to prove their point. Better to not going into argument with them and point out the obvious “fake flaws” it leads you no where.Fortunately my phone came back without scratches, especially without the scratch they claimed it has. Otherwise I would have pressed legal charges.

Ostin puhelimen joka piti olla tarkastettu ja kunnossa. Ei ollut. Mikrofooni rikki. Tilasin samalla puhelimeen ”ammattilaisen” asentaman näyttösuojan… todellinen ammattilainen oli, kun suoja oli asennettu ihan vinoon. No eipä tarvi enään kyseisen puljun kanssa olla tekemisissä. En suosittele.

Ei ota vastaan puhelimia illalle, vaikka on auki.

Visited their store and they gave me an initial offer after checking the condition of my phone.After 4 to 5 days, I received an email from them with a new offer which was less than half compared to the original offer.Their reasoning was scratches on the screen, that had already been taken into account during the initial inspection. No other faults were found. So the price that had already been reduced by hundreds of euros was cut even further by more than half. They were not willing to negotiate the price, so I asked to get my phone back.I received my phone today. Wow, I can barely recognise this as my phone. The screen has a lot of deep scratches which were not made by me.If you read the reviews, you will find I am not the only victim. I just wish I had read reviews of this company beforehand.Don’t trust this company. Don’t do business with them.
