My experience was good. Doctor was polite and professional.

The one doctor I have visited during this past year has been so lind and nice yet frank and professional giving her insight when it comes to different methods of treating our issue. We always discussed different possibilities but I am glad that in the end I decided just to listen to her opinion and just go with. Yes it has been very expensive but on public sector things would have moved more slowly.

Palvelu ja kohtelu ala-arvoista. Ainoa joka paistaa läpi kirkkaasti on raha. Lääkärit sekoilevat asiakkaan asioissa, kukaan ei ota vastuuta, virheitä peitellään ja omituisia yhteydeottoja..Se mitä asiakkaat tulevat täältä hakemaan on täysin toisarvoista. Ei mitään mielenkiintoa hoitaa itse asiaa vaan raha on ainoa motivaatio henkilökunnalle toiminnan ylläpitoon. Miten on mahdollista, että tämä touhu on edes laillista?

Complete waste of time and money. The doctor put me in an extremely uncomfortable position and insisted on undergoing a painful, intimate exam before we'd even had a discussion. Presumably so they could charge me more! After the exam, we talked for a few minutes and it was determined that this treatment wasn't a good option for me- not because of any assessments made from the exam but just from talking and discussing the treatment options. Therefore this painful expensive exam, that hurt for literally two weeks afterwards, was completely unnecessary!This place is also unfriendly and not a safe space for LGBT+ patients. This is based on my visit there. There was misgendering and heteronormative assumptions of my situation. The doctor clearly wasn't interested in getting to know me, my situation or indeed helping me. They just wanted to put me through as much pain and humiliation as possible, charge me as much as they could, then show me the door.

I was visiting in two different private clinics with disappoinment before this one and I have to say this clinic is definitely the best place. I can feel the doctor in this clinic has lots of experience about fertility treatments and she is behaving in professional way. Doctor and the team are doing their best to help. I can highly recommend this clinic.

Procedures done without properly informing about the risks until the last minute (when you are already laying on the table and the preparations are done).The procedure likely caused pelvic inflammatory disease according to the doctor, who treated it accordingly without ruling out other possible causes for the lower abdominal pain.This is despite of the fact that lower abdominal pain can be caused by many other possible (and more common) reasons other than gynecological issues. After passing through at least 3 of their gynecologists, they referred me to the public sector, where a midwife was looking surprised that they never tested for urinary infection and that a saline ultrasound was done without reasons indicating for problems in the fallopian tubes.Apparently friendly doctors at first, but that were very dismissive and irresponsive when we asked questions about the pain, possible causes, consequences, and possible ways to act in case of extreme pain.We spent more than 1 000 euros with all the useless and repeated examinations (blood tests, ultrasound) and consultations, which only provided them guesses and no real diagnosis.We never knew what it actually was, due to their limited tests, but they treated as pelvic inflammatory disease which was caused by their procedure. I came to get examined, and got out with a lot of pain, a large bill (+ loss about 2 000 euros due to a month unable to work), and possible infertility due to damage to the fallopian tubes (which were previously normal).In no moment we got their sympathy in the form of a simple “we are sorry”.

Huono kokemus. Laskun piti olla 214 euroa (etukäteen selvitetty) ja sitten yllätys yllätys, se onkin 343 euroa ja ei minkäänlaista mahdollisuutta saada alennusta. Kyllä etsitään toista klinikkaa kun tämä on tällaista ryöstömeininkiä.
