Definitely not the place to rent cross country skis. The skis don't have any grip and when we asked if we could have skis with fur or similar grip, the women explained to us, that skis for cross country skiing on marked tracks don't need grip. The skis we finally got had a nanogrip, which didn't work at all. All Finnish skiers we've met since told us, that nanogrip doesn't work for these temperatures.

Great organisation, friendly people, unique experuences

We did a husky dogsled activity with Visit Inari during our stay in Inari and thoroughly enjoyed it, truly a once in a lifetime experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed getting to chat with them. We got an overview of how to drive & manage the dogsled and they made sure we were comfortable with what we’d be doing and then we were off! Driving the sled was honestly a bit of a workout but it was an incredible experience, and riding in the sled was so much fun. We also got to spend some time with the dogs and getting to learn more about dogsledding and how they manage the team. Absolutely worth the price point and such a fantastic experience!

Bumped into a group doing a snowmobile tour with these guys. Everyone seemed to be having a great time and they offered for us to join them at the fire and have some soup.

2 hours cross-country skiing lesson was fun and the guides were nice, equipment ok. BUT: only the very basics were shown, no feedback to improve and more learning by doing wich we could have done for ourselves.

Muutama päivä sitten kävimme Inarin risteilyllä. Maisemat olivat upet, tähdet niistä. Alkunauhalla kerrottiin, että henkilökunta on paikalla asiakkaiden turvallisuuden ja viihtyisyyden takia. Tällä matkalla henkilökunta ei puhunut asiakkaille mitään vaan rupatteli vain keskenään. Asiakkaat joutuivat syvän hiljaisuuden vallitessa seuraamaan matkan etenemistä omista kännyköistään. Nauhalta tuli lyhyet selostukset noin vartin välein ja usein liian myöhään. Risteily näin upeissa maisemissa edellyttäisi panostusta muuhunkin kuin vain asiakkaan rahastamiseen.

Erittäin hyvät järjestelyt, mukava tunnelma. Osallistuin pororekiajelulle tammikuun pakkasissa. Järjestäjä antoi haalarit, villasukat ja kunnon lämpimät saappaat. Hieno kokemus, opin lisää poroista ja Lapin luonnosta. Lämmin kiitos!

We went on several activities with this agency. I was very disappointed with the northern lights safari. The experience could have been much better if they had atleast shared stories about the lights, sami traditions or their own experiences living in Lapland. Instead the two guides hung out outside of the hut avoiding contact with the 'tourists'. Of course, the agency can not control whether there are clouds or not but they can at least try to interact with the people on the tour. We spent the time sitting in a hut with no sign of the lights. Once we got back, the northern lights came out and we saw it on our own by walking on the lake. I highly do not recommend this tour as their was no added value to seeing the lights on your own.

We went for a husky ride and spent an incredible moment ! The staff from the dog farm was just lovely, helpful and so passionate about their dogs, telling us more about their character, where they come from and who breeds them. And the ride in itself was scenic with beautiful snowy forests, an unforgettable experience as a whole !

Joint some of their activities like snowmobile , husky ride,...Well organized, professional! Really enjoy !
