Budget Tampere
Prebooked car hire and express check-in at Tampere airport but no person or car to meet us. Waited nearly 2 hours for a car....and not the type that I ordered....Thank you to the gentleman in the airport information desk who contacted Budget office in Tampere. On return nobody manning the desk to receive us and check the car. I received no paperwork for this booking and no contact details.We left the key at the airport information desk where we were told that this is a regular occurance and that they were thinking of charging Budget Tampere for doing their job. Sorry I had to give one star but it was the only way to get into reviews. Terrible service.
