The restaurant seemed okay but the food was not great. The noodles we ordered tasted bland. It tasted as though there were many bouillon cubes in the food. Also, the meat was scanty. From the menu, there's no way to tell what kind of spring rolls were expected. If fresh or fried. Unfortunately, after ordering we realized they weren't fried but fresh rolls.

From numbers of Phó soup which i tried before I had bigger expectations from reviews. Unfortunately the soup was little disappotment for us. But still a good one!Mabye the Tofu version would be great.Plus points are for Mint in the spring rolls.

Very nice restaurant!Food was good at right price and staff is kind and quick!Only fault you cannot book the table but if you arrive early you will eat easily.

Firstly it is definitely not Vietnamese except for the people serving there (not sure though).Meykong noodles were flat noodles with raw vegetables served with hoisin sauce (straight from a store) and the Pho dry was boiled rice noodles with raw vegetables (pho dry) served with soy sauce. (Check the pics of the two dishes - both look exactly the same and there was no vegan meat)The menu says served with vegan chicken and vegan pork which is definitely misleading customers as both dishes were served with only tofu and no vegan meat.Spring rolls are rice rolls wrapped with mostly lettuce and not served with peanut sauce as Vietnamese rolls should be served.I asked for my dish to be spicy. It was far from spicy. I asked for some chillies and they first refused. Later they gave me three super tiny pieces. I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants around Europe and this was by far the most disappointing.I give it one star for the fresh vegetables and boiled noodles but honestly why would I come to a restaurant for this not just eat this at home.Unwelcoming reception from the owner who is quiet unpleasant to say the least.Lastly just 5 dishes on the menu and nothing much to choose from. I would have not visited this restaurant if it wasn't for the high rating on google maps.If you are really looking for a great Asian restaurant in Rovaniemi, go to Hanki (Korean Restaurant) that is a 7 min walk from the centre. Hanki mostly serves meat but they do a few awesome vegan options with great flavour and style.*Maybe the highly rating is for the pho soup and bubble tea that we didn't try.

Pho Soup and Pho Dry absolutely delicious.We had some spring rolls as well...they were so good i didn't had the time to take photos :)The stuff is very nice which makes any small inconvenience to be disregarded.Definitely to be visited again.

Given the limited Asian restaurant options available in Rovaniemi, I was satisfied with what Saigon Noodle Bar offered. I highly recommend to try out their drinks, such as the Vietnamese coffee and the fruit tea, which are very delicious and refreshing. We ordered two noodle dishes - Bun Thit Nuong (grilled pork noodles) and Pho xao (stir fried noodles). The meat was seasoned properly and tasty. However, I don't enjoy the way they added strange combination of salad to these dishes, since they don't mix well with the Vietnamese flavors. For example, raw red cabbage isn't something often seen in a Viet dish as a garnish. Hence, the whole overall taste was a bit off, but not too bad. The space is limited, so some guests weren't accommodated.

We rushed in just 20 minutes before they close, but the owner nicely let us take our time to enjoy the wonderful phở and bún chả (grilled pork with rice noodle).The phở was quite Sai Gon authentic, but the bún chả was not exactly the Ha Noi version, which has both grilled meatballs and pork belly. Here they only serve it with pork belly. But that was forgivable because the flavor was great enough and we couldn't ask for more in such a late time. So 5* for the service.

Went there at 12, surprised to find the place is almost full. Seems to be very popular. A tour group from Singapore came before us, the staff worked very hard to serve every customer. Hot beef noodles soup is always welcomed during a cold winter, but it’s the fresh spring roll that deserves recommendation.

Very good restaurant with staff that speaks nice English, and is constantly asking you if your food is ok, or if you need something.The place minds also serving of the meals and all the meals looked almost artistic. I liked my fish that was in seasonal offer.
