This Apartment hotel is maintaining very clean and neat. We can get all the cooking vessels and kitchen also if someone wants to cook . Only thing is we need to follow check-in time exactly as we don't get passcode before the time to enter hotel and if you need early check-in need to pay more money.

Ympäristö sotkuinen.Hotellin kannattaisi kiinnittää huomiota ympäristön siisteyteen. Roskakatoksen koodilukossa on toimintaongelmia tai sitä ei osata käytää. Joutkut hotellivieraat olivat jättäneet roskiaan roskakatoksen oven eteen ja eläimet olivat levitelleet niitä auki. Mukava näky ulos astuessa. Hotellin alakerrassa sijaitsevan Alepan vieressä olevassa pylväässä oli miltei miehen kokoinen reikä. Paneelit lyöty rikki? Ei vaikuta kovin turvalliselta ympäristöltä. Yöllä pihalta kuului melua, ilmeisesti samaa rakennusta olevan Saton vuokratalon asukkaat melusivat?Yhteydet keskustaan ovat hyvät.

Actually the best hotel in Helsinki, there is a really great sauna, where you can relax and all the rooms are super clean, theres no reception you can enter and leave you want!

The first place I stayed in Helsinki is Forenom Aparthotel for 2 weeks before shifting to my new house and my stay was very comfortable. The rooms are very neat, tidy, big and comfortable with all the necessary items that you need such as utensils, coffee maker, toaster, fridge along with the cleaning stuff. Bathrooms are also big and the view from the room was great. Forenom Aparthotel has a very good Sauna as well.Self check in with key code that you get via text or email. Housekeeping is done weekly. It also has a 24/7 store, Alepa.

Nice room, with good kitchen and nice shower facilities, but absolutely impossible to stay at especially in the summer, because complete lack of air conditioning and no possibility to open windows. My partner and I had to find another place to stay at 4am because there was no chance that either of us could sleep.

Huonetta ei saatu ajallaan (2 tuntia myöhässä). Asiakaspalvelu oli auttavinaan, mutta valehteli eikä hoitanut tilannetta. Väittivät koko ajan, että kohta valmista, että huonetta ei ole vielä siivottu. Oikeasti siivoojat olivat eri kerroksessa, eikä heillä ollut tietoa minkä huoneiden asukkaat odottavat ulkona. Tapahtumaan oltiin menossa ja melkein myöhästyttiin. Pitkänmatkalaisina oli pakko päästä pesulle ennen tapahtumaa (kiitos siivoojien, päästiin kuitenkin ylemmän kerroksen saunatiloihin pesulle, koska huoneen siivousta vasta aloitettivat, kun 1,5 tunnin odottamisen jälkeen päästiin rakennuksen sisälle odottamaan). Ja aspa lupasi hyvityksen, kun kirjallisesti jälkikäteen pyytää. No ainut hyvitys oli alennus mahdollisesta seuraavasta varauksesta loppuvuoden aikana. En ole menossa toista kertaa.

Good location, clean, modern room, 24hrs open grocery downstairs. The city park and the sea bay is only a few minutes walk away, excellent for jogging and walk. Tram stops to city center in front of the building. Excellent WiFi and kitchen equipment, perfect for longer stay. Neighbouring Nepal restaurant is also good. Alepa city bike is on the corner. Bring running shoes, nice parks around for running. Sauna.Cons: basic selection of TV channels, no news channels, you may feel isolated from world. The single bedroom is a dark hole. Water pressure in the shower is low. It's not possible to open the window except few cms - security reasons probably - is a disappointment when the weather is nice.Summary: better than hotels, even for families.

I can’t believe this place has only 4 stars on Google - if you’re looking for a place to stay at in Helsinki, look no further - just book it. Public transport is so close, both trams and buses. Clean, there’s a small kitchen to make food, big bathroom with heated floor, Netflix on the TV - what’s not to like? Granted, the bed(s) can be a bit bigger but it’s not a deal breaker. The fact that it has a laundry on Level 5 combined with a 24h supermarket downstairs is already more than enough to compensate that. I can see how it can get stuffy in hotter days, but they do provide a small electric fan. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Harmi että muuten todella hyvän kokonaisuuden pilaa puutteellinen ilmanvaihto. Huoneessani ei ollut yhtään tuloilmaa ja ainut tapa saada ilma kiertämään on avata ikkuna ja sekin meluisalle mannerheimintielle. Toivottavasti forenom reagoi asiaan mahdollisimman nopeasti.Tästä piittaamattomuudesta 2 tähteä.

Really happy with this place. We extended our stay because it was so convenient. Close to public transport Tram 10 and buses, easy to go to Helsinki centre. Everything is automated with key code and there is no receptionist but it was no problem for us. To extend our stay we contacted the live chat via Forenom website “Help” centre, they were very quick and responsive. So if you need to talk with someone I think you can live chat on their website.There is a laundry, office, sauna and lounge for guests and a 24 hour supermarket “Alepa” downstairs. The room has bathroom with floor heating, a small kitchenette, TV and we were able to set up Netflix, everything you need. The beds are soft and comfortable.My only complaint is the room was a bit warm, even when it was 9 degrees outside. We were able to open the window a little, and they provide a small fan which was enough to cool down.I think some of the bad reviews are pre-pandemic, maybe the management was different then? They are very clear that check-in time is 4pm, they say on the booking confirmation. Thankfully I didn’t encounter any of issues during my stay.10/10 super happy with this place.
