Enterprise Rent-A-Car Rovaniemi Lentoasema

We rented a car in Rovaniemi to Alamo.They don't have counter, the guy arrived late, interesting is to know that no number of Alamo works in Finland...Hard was to know that Alamo is Enterprise rent a car... Holidays start 0/5

I am really disappointed with the service quality. The company did not deliver a car at all (Railway Station Rovaniemi). At location there was any staff that could help and fix the issue. They did not answer the phone and there was no chance to contact in anyway. I had to take a car from different company.

Très belle voiture pour ce séjour en Laponie, toute neuve. Néanmoins 50€ facturés en plus pour « winter service » par rapport au prix réservé initialement.

It took them half an hour to deliver the car after arriving at the train station. But the worst thing was that we requested a full tank and they charged us €2.70 per liter of Super 95 when it cost less than €2.10 at the gas stations. They also charged us Winter fee, management fees, taxes... a total of €163.15 for a full deposit (we also returned more than half but they evidently fully charged).Don't hesitate, add the gasoline yourself and you won't feel cheated like I did!

Fast and attentive service. Their cars are Opels, if you’re into that.

Hat alles super geklappt. Wir haben das Auto um 01:00 morgens abgeholt, der junge Mann war sehr nett, geduldig und hat uns alles erklärt. Sie nehmen 300€ Deposit, ist auch alles ok. Auto war ok (Opel Crossland). Rückgabe war auch easy, nur die Schlüssel in den Schlitz geworfen. Vielen Dank, wenn wir wieder mal in Rovaniemi sind, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!
