Try to avoid Lufthansa whenever possible at all cost! Both our flights were cancelled. The application and the chat robot are useless, they don’t work properly and crash every two minutes. The only thing the chat robot does (after 15 crashes and 2 hours of trying to make it rebook as the email advised to do) is to redirect you to the customer phone line. That’s Lufthansa’s concept of digitalization. Waiting on the customer phone line for rebooking 1,5 hours.Onboard flight LH1707 Sofia-Munich on 5th September 2022, half the overhead compartments were full of small backpacks and handbags. Passengers refused to take them under their seats. The crew said: “No can do, the flight is full.” As if I would expect and empty flight! So something like 10 passengers had to stick carry on suitcases under their legs so that handbags could travel comfortably. Basically, if you are in Boarding group 5, you are a loser and nobody cares where you are going to stick your suitcase. Bad luck that you boarded last! Handbags have more rights that you onboard Lufthansa. I have never seen so unmotivated staff. They wouldn’t be hired to work even in a shabby motel in the Midwest.Why was there a face mask requirement when something like 10 passengers had their masks under their chin the whole flight? The crew walked past pretending they don’t notice. Either there is a mask requirement or not - for all passengers that is!Culeless crew unable to establish rules and order. Total chaos on the plane. Anarchy! Ridiculous airline with exorbitant prices and poor service. Unreliable! Lufthansa has long ago given up serving their customers. The hard times will be over, but the hard feelings will remain. Many customers won’t return!

Olen yrittänyt vuorokauden ajan saada vastausta 1) Lufthansan toimistosta (puhelimeen ei vastattu koskaan) 2) Get Human sivustolta kysyin samaa, ei vastausta mutta algoritmi väitti valheellisesti minun ratkaisseen ongelman. Koskaan kysymykseeni ei vastattu.Ongelma: Nettisivuilta ei löytynyt hintaa golfbagin kuljetukselle. Tilasimme ja maksoimme lippuihin ruumassa kuljetettavat matkatavarat, max-paino 23kg. Kysyin saako sillä myös golfbagin mukaan jos sen paino on alle 23kg?

Kyllä oli huonosti järjestettyä hommaa. jos et osaa Saksaa tai Englanti niin elä mene.Kone myöhästy ja vaihto saksassa joka jätti kentälle myöhästymisen takia ja molemmat saman firman koneita. pyöri siinä sitten ja selvittele asioita,mutta onneksi löyty Suomenkielinen avulias turisti. Kyllä meni hermot. Hotelliyön jälkeen kierto Mynchen jossa samanlainen sotku ennen kuin pääsi Helsinkiin, Käytä suoria lentoja jos et ole kielitaitoinen

Lufthansa has always been timely with their flights and customer service is great!

This is the worst company you could ever choose to fly with. As a frequent flyer, I don’t remember when was the last time my flight WAS NOT delayed.

As others also rated, I had also awful experience. They mislead my ticket conditions and required extra fee of luggage. After other Airline indication, they realized their mistake. However, no apologies, neither immediate refund. I had to reclaim at their website, took loong time(ー_ー;)!
