The company cut through the internet cables while digging a trench with an excavator although an email was sent weeks beforehand informing the project manager about the cables and asking them to be careful. I work predominantly remotely, so I require a constant high-speed internet connection. The next morning, a worker claiming to be an electrician patched the controlled impedance coaxial cable with simple electrical wire. When I tried to take a photo of the cut cable for insurance claim purposes, the workers tried to prevent me from taking the photo. One worker used physical force, pushed me, kicked me, threatened me with a rock and made derogative and racist comments like learn to speak proper Finnish" or "go back to your homecountry".
