I received a parcel (a camera of 40 euros) from outside EU, to make the clearance for it you need to have a Finnish security number, otherwise you need to find a person that does the clearance for you or pay to the post 25 euros of commission plus the taxes.I wasted days of emailing and calling just to reach the conclusion that I can't get my parcel.That's insane.
