I intended to sell my almost new Iphone 13 128GB to Swappie.They have their in-house “method”:1) They offer you a good price for your phone2) After you sent your phone in - they reduce the price by 50% and make up flaws and even fake images. The fake is so obivous. They sent me pictures of a mirror with scratches on instead of my iphone. The support is lying to you straightforward.3) If you ask your phone back - they might even damage your phone in order to prove their point. Better to not going into argument with them and point out the obvious “fake flaws” it leads you no where.Fortunately my phone came back without scratches, especially without the scratch they claimed it has. Otherwise I would have pressed legal charges.
