website is bad as company itself. represents it well. bought exact seats for 20+ euros, they changed seats 3 times in 3 flights when i was buying seats. Bought Priority + bags, never appeared in checkin, i dont know its like devils company - doing only bad for people.

Worst airline in the world. On my flight to Brussels from Stockholm, I purchased an extra luggage. When boarding they said it’s checkin bag and charged me sek 469 again only because they will transfer it below. I requested a lot but they didn’t listen to me. The worst flight. Not cheap but thieves draped in blue collar

All the time I paid extra money,don’t travel with Ryanair !

1h late, no notice, no excuse, no explanation. But instead 1000things to buy on the plane

Checking in at desk costs 600 SEK per person with no clear information about this fee during the online purchase process. Horrible experience and a scammy company relying on finding extra charges for customers.

Lennot usein edullisia ja lisäpalvelujen hinnat ilmoitettu selkeästi. Aina ollut erittäin täsmällinen, aikataulussa joka kerta. Lentoja lähtee Suomen pienemmiltäkin kentiltä, kattava reittiverkosto ja tarjoilua saa lennon aikana sen, mitä lyhyillä lennoilla tarvitsee. Varausjärjestelmä toimii netissä ja sovelluksella hyvin. Suomessa käytännössä ainoa halpoja lentoja järjestävä yhtiö on Ryaniar, koska muilla edullinen hinta on vain mainoksissa. Reipas parikymmentä lentoa olen tehnyt heillä ja teen jatkossakin, koska kokemukset olleet vain ja ainoastaan hyviä.

The worst airline, service below the any standards, stuff rude and impolite, will never use it again! In fact i am not using Ryanair for almost 2 years and feel very happy with any other airline service!

I bought priority for security check and boarding. No priority on Zagreb airport security. Plane is late but they started boarding and now we are standing in narow hot coridor for 35 minutes. Ticket is not cheap at all. I know that they don't care but....
