Nordea Bank

Slowest costumer service EVER witnessed in my life. Two windows desk serving a line. The time the guy served one costumer his woman colleague served 5... horrible.

Now i totally understand the bad reviews. The teller was so blunt that if it wasn't for a constant positive attitude i try to keep, i would definitely say she was rude. Not that i got what i went there for. I was hoping for someone who could at the least understand English (especially due to the bank's location), but no. Do visit this lovely establishment if you have a few hours to spare and are in the mood to be entertained by the charmingly rude and smug demeanor of their employees. It's an experience you'll never forget, or so they claim!

Their customer support is so dry and dead. If you say thank you very much for the help" they reply you with dead stare at you. If you are having any problems they make it bigger problem for you and their security is always cocky at anything. This is why I support customer service being replaced by robots :)"

Nordea bank disrespect customersEvery day, Finland Nordea bank in Helsinki intentionally disrespect its customers by forcing customers to wait outside the bank in a very long queue (before getting service), not letting customers wait inside the bank, even there are plenty of places inside the bank office. Every day, some customers wait and stand outside for hours before being able to get the service. Nordea Finland does not provide customers chairs to sit outside either. It is like in Russia and some Eastern European countries' teachers physically punish and discipline its students by forcing them standing outside the classroom. It seems Nordea Finland even suspect let them wait inside the bank, customers will steal from the bank.

Ei ansaitsisi edes yhtä tähteä, asiakaspalvelu on huonoa. Jonot ovat jäätävät. Maailman hitainta toimintaa. Paikassa huono ilmapiiri, koska muutkin asiakkaat ovat tuohtuneina. Istuin sisällä yli tunnin koska palvelivat vain 600 alkuisia numeroita eikä 090 alkuisia :/, kolme asiakaspalvelijaa ja kaikki palvelee vain 600 alkuisia. En jäänyt odottelemaan ja päätin että vaihdan pankkia!Suosittelen teille muillekkin vaihtamaan esimerkiksi S-pankki on erittäin hyvä ja helppo. Asiat hoidetaan puhelimitse myös helposti ja vaivattomasti.

Jos voisin antaa miinuksia, niin niitä tulisi paljon. 45minuuttia ulkona odottamista jonka jälkeen tullaan kertomaan että sisään ei pääse. Nyt 4 päivää ilman rahaa tämän takia
