The shop and owner went above and beyond my expectations, and helped me choose and assemble a bike all within a week and through many e-mails. Highly recommended if you're looking for bakfiets or other e-cargo bikes!

Itse olen käynyt huoltaa pyörääni heillä ja asiallista asiakaspalvelua, kuuntelevat ja ottavat tarpeeni täydellisesti huomioon! Lisäksi suuri arvostus kundeille ku nuoria ja pyörittävät noin hyvin!

Hyvää palvelua. Osaava todella avulias ja opasta myyjä. Todella, todella iso valikoima erilaisia sähköavusteisia pyöriä kaksipyöräisistä kolmipyöräisiin.

Tavarapyöräasiantuntija kuten nimessä kuuluu. Tosin myös muita pyöriä valikoimassa. Täältä ostettu yksi oma ja töihin kaksi muuta laatikkopyörää. Myös varaosia saatavilla hyvin.

Slow and bad customer service for a bike parts change. Cost was doubled between the reservation and the bike drop off. The work price is not known beforehand. They even called later to inform that even more work needed. It could be true, but customer should know it before. Relatively small work took two days, could be even longer if I wouldn't call and ask.

This review concerns two shops, Tavarapyörä which is the dealer in Finland and Visa huolto bike shop in Turku.I bought my Bullitt a couple of years ago, Bullitt model classic with Shimano Steps6100 nexus 5.The order process and time went fine, i got the bike and everything was fine until i started to notice issues with the battery and the shifts, long story short, they were replaced under warranty, the shift Nexus 5 was replaced by Visa and the battery had to be taken to Nummen pyörä because at Visa they could not do anything about it.This happened under 2400km, not long after that the belt broke due to high tension, again was replaced under warranty by Visa, and here is where my suspicion confirmed reality, i gave the new gastes carbon drive to Visa and he started to twisted in front of my eyes, i told him not to do that because the belt is not supposed to be handed that way.After the assambly of the new belt i got a flat tyre and took it there, fixed and all good. But the problem persisted with noise in the belt but the bike kept working fine.Now days my bike has 8.5k and the belt is completly worn out as well as the front pulley. I informed this problem to tavarapyörä and all they said is thay they have to trust Visas expertise eventhough this people dont have knowledge on this kind of bikes. Their fix has been really expensive and tedius to me because i use the bike daily and is a real inconvenience when i dont have it for many days.By all means, if you have an electrified bike do not take it to Visa, and i dont understand why Tavarapyörä is using this shop as their intermediary.

Erittäin hyvää, asiantuntevaa palvelua. Koska olin liian lyhyt ajamaan haluamaani tavarapyörää, he auttoivat tuunaamalla minulle oman satulan, jotta yltyin polkimille!! Palvelu on huippua ja avuliasta ja he ovat omistautuneita asiakkaalleen - kaikkiin kysymyksiin löytyy vastaus ja jos ei heti löydy, selvitetään. Ja asiakasta jeesataan vielä senkin jälkeen kun pyörä on jo kotona <3 minä en koskaan osta pyörää enää mistään muualta!

Sain erinomaista asiakaspalvelua sähköpostitse ja myymälässä. Myymälän sijainti on hiukan eksoottinen ainakin autottomalle, mutta sinne päästyäni koeajo järjestyi sutjakkaasti ja sähkötavarapyörän ostopäätös syntyi helposti!
