We were in an extremely dangerous situation on an icy road when getting this service from Rovaniemi centre to the airport. The driver was foreign and clearly had no experience on driving in Finland/on icy roads. He tried to overtake a slow vehicle when he should not have, then had to quickly try and brake, which made the bus slide all over the road. We narrowly escaped a big crash, not only with the car in front of us but also the incoming traffic. I have travelled in many places but have never been in as dangerous situation as this. When leaving the bus and complaining about this to the driver he just said ”it’s slippery”! Overall his driving was rushed, very dangerous and he did not take the safety of the customers into consideration at any point. Both my husband and I were visibly shaking and our heart rate was really high when we got to the airport. A really, really bad experience.I have contacted both Visit Rovaniemi and Rovaniemi city about this company, as they should not be operating when their service is like this. Please use other companies instead.

Do not use this company. It is unreliable and just shows up randomly. Santa Express is more consistent.
