Chengdu Ravintola（成都饭店）

Nice Kulosaari's local Chinese restaurant. Modest interior but the food was good and moderate priced.

Hyvä palvelu ja kysyttiin apua meitä ennen ruokailevilta milä on hyvä. Suositteli naudanliha aterian. Hinta vähän reilu 20 euroa ja koko rahan arvoinen. Annoksesta riitti kahdelle hyvin. Erittäin herkullinen maku ja sopivasti tulinen.

A truly wonderful experience in a group of seven! We ordered a variety of dishes to share in the middle of the table. Suitably spicy and very tasty food. The service was friendly!Thank you!

4 stars for food, but 2 stars for service.I went here on a Saturday at around 19:30. It was more crowded than usual (so I heard). After we order, one dish came out quickly, but the rest took 45 minutes (after we went to ask for our food) to come out. The food was really good though. Best one is the duck. Nicely seasoned, although it could use a bit more spice. Overall, the food was pretty authentic.The only thing I would complain is the service. When we arrived, the waiter immediately told us that we had to wait without asking if we booked a table, which kinda threw me off, because we already did. Anyway, he seemed to be unaware of that, so he had to ask another waitress and she showed us the table. The waiter, later on, continued to frustrate me when I asked for some chopsticks, and he said something like “let me go ask” and “people use them all” referring to the big group there. But when we asked the waitress, she just immediately said “yes” and brought chopsticks out for us. Since we had to wait so long for the food, and we had to go ask for it ourselves, we felt like leaving at one point. I think the service could be improved, simply by letting the customers know that they are not forgotten and their food is getting prepared.Overall, if I went here on a casual day when there were not a lot of people, I’m sure I would enjoy my visit more.

This place is just fantastic. It doesn't look like much, but wow what Sichuan flavor! I just got the buffa and it was excellent. Seriously, try everything, you won't be disappointed. I usually don't like eggplant, but they have changed my mind. I can't wait to come back and try more.

Visited with family and had good meal. Ordered some dumplings, clay pot squid, sweet sour pork, pork with chili oil, seafood fried rice and some cucumbers. Liked the level of spicy they had and would like to visit again soon to try other menu. Portions were smaller than I thought so we ended up ordering little more.
