Dear Sirs,I live in Rome -Italy- VIA TRONTO 14- 00198 ROME- where I ordered a lift KONE, last December 2016, for my address. The lift, according to the contract signed with the Kone representation in Italy, should have been completed within July 2017.The works started in March and until now the lift is still not working".
