It is unfair the fact that THIS PEOPLE in THIS EMBASSY gain thousands of euros per month for a certain purpose, I guess. They seems unable to give you the simplest information.The lady on the phone seem totaly lost making me wonder what exactly she is doing there.

If you get through to the right person you are handled with politeness. There are some in the personnel who rudely pose their own restrictions first and only then consider what the person requesting their service is asking. Those folks make the interaction feel like a public service in Greece in the 90s

The worst experience for sure! They could not answer the simplest questions and getting at least some advice was impossible! I called them about 10 times and every time the information was different or they were telling me to wait because they are busy! Also, the embassy rejected all of my attempts to even book an appointment (yes, you can do it only by phone)!Thanks for nothing!
