the lady at the counter tried to scam me TWICE. She told me earrings that were 3.99 were actually 6.00. They had a buy three pay for 2 thing going on at the store so i wanted to buy a headband (5.00) earrings (3.99) and a small box (1.00€)This lady told me i had to pay 11€ instead of 10€. So i put everything back except the headband (5.00€) and i gave her 10euros, she gave me back my receipt only. I was going to walk away with only the receipt but I remembered she didnt give me my money back. I went to ask for my change and she was acting like she was busy. When i asked her again she said “didn’t i give you 5€ back?” I said no and she looked very disappointed that she actually had to give me my money back. She looked through the moneybox and purposefully gave me a broken, wrinkly, taped 5€ back. Bad experience don’t come to this shop. Im sure the other stores are better but the Itis one is terrible.

Broke my watch strap when replacing battery, bad attitudes, did not seem to care. Did not apologize.I have just seen the response below. It is clear they did not even check what happened and these are empty words. What were the corrective actions to make things better?
