The staff is friendly, but they sometimes do things that are not right to get your money. For example, if something in your house breaks, they might make you pay for it even if it's their responsibility to fix it. Also, after you move out, they might send their own cleaning service to your old house without asking you, even if your old house is already clean, and they won't let you do anything about it. This is against the law, so it's best to avoid this business.It's not a good idea to support businesses like this because they are one of the reasons why it's becoming more expensive to rent a house. Instead, it might be better to rent from someone who is not a company.

It was excellent journey with Joo. I personally recommend Joo if want to live at Espoo. The staff is also supportive especially Aleksei at every moment in any situation.
