Pleasant room. Excellent customer service by the young evening receptionist who helped me with amenities like toothbrush & shaving kit and lending me a mobile charge cable as I didn't get my checked-in luggage from Finnair. She was so pleasant and helpful. Besides, everything in the hotel worked and it was a good breakfast.

It was my first time. The hotel is clean, the rooms are normal size, it is in a great location, and the staff was great.The beds were not comfortable, there was a fridge but it was empty, even with no drinking water bottles.

Pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel.We were checked in by Charlie and he upgraded us without me asking him.The room was nice and big.In the morning the manager on duty Sofia was very helpful with our needs and went above and beyond to help us with our stay.The location was also quite convenient for transportation to the downtown area.I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.Thank you Holiday Inn Helsinki for a wonderful experience.

My recent week-long stay at this hotel deserves a 5-star rating. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the availability of Dove shampoo and shower gel was a thoughtful touch.One of the standout features was the relaxing sauna, which added to the overall experience of unwinding after a busy day. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a diverse range of options that catered to different preferences.I appreciated the hotel's serene location, away from the noise of the city, contributing to a peaceful ambiance. The absence of excessive noise played a key role in making my stay tranquil and restful.Nevertheless it has a bus station nearby and the metro line it's at 5 minutes walk.There it's a large shopping mall across the street.

A decent hotel at a reasonable location. Very close to central roads. One more star if you are very car centric.Beds are great, so is the bed linen. The TV and entertainment system is sub standard in this day and age. A very limited selection of channels and no build in casting possibility.Great breakfast, also that one worth 4 stars.

Great room!The presence of the mini fridge was an especially nice touch.The room was clean and nice and the staff was always pleasant and helpful.The hotel is a short walk from a metro station, from which you can reach most places in Helsinki.Another bonus was the foosball table downstairs, which was free to play!

The hotel has a really excellent price-performance ratio. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are spacious and very quiet. The view from the room was fantastic. The metro station is a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was excellent!

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. Everyone spoke English very well (I guess this is common for Finland). There's a 24 hour grocery store across the street. There's a large park nearby. The view from the window was really nice, overlooking some water.

Wanted to give this hotel 4,5 *It's a very comfortable well thought of hotel. Everything you might need is available and very efficiently laid out.Location at a quiet area near Ruoholahti metro station. Centre of Helsinki is reached within 10 minBig supermarket and other stores and dinner places are very close.More than worth it for the price I paid
