Unbelievable that it's impossible to contact them. Even on some of the reviews here, they say to fill the form for complaints on their website. Well I have been trying for a MONTH and every time it doesn't submit and says An error occurred while processing your form. Please try again later." so basically there is NO WAY to reach you. After paying for my visa application

I applied 3rd of July, received my passport today. I knew that the earliest you can apply is 3 months before trip, and i did choose the earliest i can. Staff on site is nice and polite, explained everything thoroughly. They warned me that waiting times are longer. I also did choose the service “keep my passport” and as soon I got a message that the decision is made, i went to the same center and brought them my passport to get visa in it.

The door didn’t open after I buzzed a few times. When the receptionist went down to the door, she didn’t say hi or hello; she just went straight to arguing that the door was open.5 minutes before my appointment, a male employee came to ask me about the details of my appointment. When I was in the middle of answering, the receptionist interrupted me from her desk and told the man to skip me and take the lady who arrived after me. Luckily, the man still let me in for my appointment.The room that is used for taking photos and fingerprints is wide open, so a child’s screaming and crying was as clear as the bell.

We paid for fast track to get it quicker and instead it has been over 2 months and they don't even bother answering our quests. The office is always closed and for people who lives far from Helsinki they don't have a telephone number for contact. They lost our passport and we had to make a new one (who is paying for all the extra expenses we are having due the terrible service?). By email they said that it´s not their problem and Home office says they are responsible. Nightmare. Terrible or non existing service. Frustrating to be scammed by companies that should be handling processes and people with efficiency and respect. Run!

This company is holding my passport hostage for 12 weeks already. The conference in the UK which I paid to attend has passed already, but it didn't bother the UKVI: they still didn't find time to review my application for a 5 day travel.Moreover, I need my passport for international travel next week. I have paid (!) to cancel my application - and I still get no response about whereabouts of my passport. My emails remain unanswered for days, and this is the only possible way to contact this company.This is a disgrace of a service. You pay them money for every breath you make, but when you need some information from them - grave silence or one line responses copying freely available information from their website. I wonder how this utterly incompetent organization could possibly be an official partner of UK government.

Funny how the company's name is TLSContact but CONTACTing" them is an absolute disaster. I paid extra 100€ to use their "Keep-My-Passport" so that I can hold onto my passport while waiting for the decision. When they sent me an email saying that my decision was ready

Impossible to contact them. There is simply NO WAY to contact them to ask anything. I applied for UK visitor visa and chose self-service option, paid for the service, and they sent 2 emails confirming that they received the payment and booked an appointment for me but there was no link given to me where I could upload my supporting documents!! When I tried to contact them, there is no way you can contact them. What kind of organization is this and why should I trust this organization with my documents and money??

I appreciateTLS service here in Helsinki.However last November I was charged $38 for added service in two applications twice and tried the refund processing for many times but was never successful.I contacted your home address but was still never successful.Anyway the form filling is quiet complex that it defeated me.Besides, this time I was able to download the documents myself and saved that cost but have been served well.
