Some time ago I purchased an airpurifier in Bucharest (LifaAir LA352C) that had two problems: the speed could not be regulated and the carbon filter was dusty, the moment I exchanged the HEPA filter it got almost black due to carbon filters where the air gets firts. I told Lifa air about it and instead of suggesting a solution they said I may not have an original product. After this they stoped responding. I know they knew their airconditioners have problems as they developed another type of filters. I contacted the romanian distributor that was very surprised by LifaAir answer. They offered another brand air purifier as compensation but I refused because I did not like it. My problem remains: I still have the bad purifier, LifaAir. I keep it to remind me of bad purchases, to research more before spending big money. So, they are stilling money from customers. Why I write now, after so long? I am a very busy person, but I tend not to forget things.
