Hello, I think the quality of milk tea is absolutely good, nothing to complain. However, I'm writing here just to hope you have a better attitude of service among your staffs.I've been ordering there a lot of times and I notice that whenever that staff is in charge alone, she always has the serious" attitude (unhappy face) toward me or other customers which made me uncomfortable. It hasn't happened with other staffs who always smile all the time

I tried different drinks on their menu ( Taro bubble milk, brown suger bubble milk tea, chocolate one, coffee one), and my favorite one is Taro bubble milk.

This is a great store. The worker is very friendly and professional, they recommended me a very nice drink of winter melon lemon tea with coconut topping I highly recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want caffeined tea

This is my absolute favorite, when it comes to the bubble tea in greater Helsinki and Uusimaa area. I often go grocery shopping in Iso Omena just becuase I can get QiTea there. Highly recommend, if you like bubble tea.

As a bubble tea lover, I’ve tried many bubble tea places in Helsinki. Qi tea is absolutely my go-to place. My fave drink is taro mash bubble tea, and the taro mash in Qi tea is handmade, which I’m pretty impressed with.

Eilen ensimmäisenä avauspäivänä jonotin ovelle 30 minuuttia, ja edessäni oli kaksi henkilöä, mutta he eivät ottaneet vastaan asiakkaita, jotka jonosivat paikalle, vaan jatkoivat takeaway-ruokaa, joten päätin lopulta lähteä.

Picture this: you order a milk tea, expecting a chilled and refreshing drink. But when it arrives, it's not cold, and there's no ice in sight. This has happened multiple times, and each time you inquire about adding ice, you're met with excuses like 'we don't have ice' or 'it's not possible.' It's becoming quite frustrating. Maybe they should consider labeling it as 'Hot Milk Tea' on their menu, as milk tea is typically enjoyed cold!

Brak ludzi przed barem to nie jedyny znak słabej jakości, smak herbacianych drinków pozostawia również wiele do życzenia. Herbata nieświeża, zbyt mocna i gorzka. Piana w podawanej herbacie.
