Very bad experience the very first time I contacted these guys. I asked the guy on the phone if he spoke any English because he had responded first in Finnish. Yet, he responded in English and told me never to call that line again without asking what my problem was.I would never have called this line if I didn't have a genuine problem. I have issues with my knee and the doctor had recommended I met with a private physiotherapist for 15 times before my next review on January 14, 2015.So it is all up to you guys to have things straighten up or lose customers. I will never call again. It is your business though!
