Good spacious furnished apartment for students of the University of Eastern Finland and Savonia University of Applied Sciences. It is an apartment of Kuopas housing. Shared sauna, washing machine and drying room.

When you move in, take pictures of every single stain and paint damage, and email them, otherwise you may end up paying for damages caused by previous tenants.In Finland, most housing companies let new tenants come in on the eve of the last day of the month, but Kuopas only give you keys on the 1st day of the month or later. If you are lucky and the apartment is free, you may get the apartment keys a few days before.The maintenance service is also poor. I complained about the laundry dyer which use to stop working on Sundays. I complained about it several time and they claimed to fix it every time, but in fact they never resolved the issue and I just stop submitting fault report.
