It was a nice little apartment, with a Sauna, was reasonably priced at $60.00 per night, good location, across from a museum, within walking distance to the Train Station & Bus Terminal. Was very neat, had recycling containers in front of Building which is always important. Washer/Drier Combination, extra shampoo & conditioner, tea & coffee.

Great price/quality ratio. When I arrived it was a bit dusty and could have been cleaned better. There's a spot to park your car, balcony and supermarkets are around the corner. The private sauna really made my week.

Amazing place! We stayed here back in February when it was -10°C & we couldn’t have found a better apartment to stay in. The place was clean, warm, comfortable & spacious. The toilets had underfloor heating & the sauna was a bonus after coming from the outdoor cold. If we came back to Rovaniemi in the future we will definitely stay here again!

Internet connection fails sometimes, router restart fixes it so far. Dishwasher is out of order. Tap in the bathroom leaks.Location, though seems excellent from far away planning, is just very good for those with a car as the city is a really small one.
