Messy information about the departure points in Vallisaari: we were refused to board at the main harbour on the way back to city centre. Info about the routes could be clearer.

The service is very unfriendly. I will try to go by another company to vallisaari next time

Take other company's boat if you can. Even if you prebook the ticket, you cant get on time as their boats are 30 minutes late. After you finally get on the boat, they make some of the people stand as the seats ran out. Not very good overall experience.
