Vuokrasin asunnon pidemmäksi aikaa itselleni . Asunnossa oli puutteita mitä luvattiin korjata ennen muuttoa (sovittiin viestitse ja mainittiin myös sopimukseen)Hyvä uskoisuuttani en tarkistanut ettei sopimuksessa lukenut ENNEN muuttoa täytyisi tehdä korjaukset, ainoastaan luki että korjaukset tehtävä . Tämä yritys sitten päätti käyttää hyväkseen luottamusta joten kun muuttoa tein , ei mitään oltu korjattu plus muitakin korjauksen kohteita oli , kuten sauna ei toiminut lainkaan mikä oli minulle yksi vuokrauksen kriteereistä , toimiva sauna .Muutostani alkaen asunnossani käynyt milloin kukakin ja epäammattimaisesti tehtyjä korjauksia asiakaspalvelijoiden toimesta . Työmiehet sotkivat uudet puhtaat valkoiset mattoni, eikä kukaan edes tarjoutunut kustantamaan pesulamaksua.Loppupeleissä itselläni jäänyt fiilis että on ollut väärin pyytää mitä he ovat luvanneet..Jos haluat mutkatonta vuokrausta , en suosittele kyseistä firmaa.

I’m a bit surprised with the bad reviews. My experience was great, since the moment I did the reservation, until we left the apartment. We took the key from their office and went to the apartment. Nicely furnished, with all the necessary commodities to spend a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, sale for the pillows. Shower was also good, water has a lot of pressure.

Vuokrasin asunnon heiltä ja mikään lupauksista ei pitänyt paikkansa! Pahinta oli kuitenkin se että asunnossa oli luteita joten jouduin hävittämään kaikki vaatteeni ja desinfioimaan oman asuntoni!

Si los recomiendo yo tuve una experiencia positiva, la gestión y el proceso de llegada sin problemas, volveré sin dudas. Tomaron un depósito pero fue devuelto el mismo día de salida. Todo correcto y el apartamento me gusto mucho.

TODELLA epäsiistejä ja rikkinäisiä asuntoja vuokraavat kalliilla. En suosittele enkä enään ikinä heiltä vuokraa mitään.

We booked an apartment through them, and they were so disorganized, unprofessional, and misleading. When we went to pick up our key, as instructed, the key was missing. This left us stranded late at night with no staff person to help us, which was very uncomfortable. The phone number listed on their door does not work. It took them way too long to solve the problem and put us in a different apartment. The staff member Mea promised us a 25% refund for the inconvenience we experienced and this never happened. They ignored my follow up messages asking them about the missing refund. The alternative apartment they gave us was in a less desirable neighborhood further away from the city center. Using 2ndhomes is not worth the hassle. Avoid.

This review concerns 2ndhomes itself, and not necessarily this specific apartment (the one we booked was, 2ndhomes Loft Apartment with Spa & Balcony by the White Church").This was easily the worst apartment experience of my life. The key code we were provided with didn’t work - we tried it repeatedly. We then tried calling their “emergency” number. However
