Annan 5 tähteä, koska kävijöiden valitusten, vinkumisten ja hintojen kalleuden itkeskely oli erittäin viihdyttävää. Joku vieläpä jaksaa valittaa siitäkin että kissat nukkuvat ! Vau.

Reservations are required to enter into the cafe. All Cats are really adorable and playful.. the food was tasty and we had a wonderful time with cats.If you show your interest and ask the staff they will show you different techniques to play with cats and how to keep them active..

Viihtyisät tilat ja todella ihania ja suloisia kissoja! Yksi pupukin löytyi. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää, mutta palvelu todella hidasta ja henkilökunta hieman kireän oloista. Ensimmäisien annoksien saapuminen kesti niin kauan että jälkiruokia emme ennättäneet enää tilaamaan, koska vierailuaika on kuitenkin vain 2 tuntia. Kannattaa siis tilata kaikki juomat ja annokset heti alkuun samalla kertaa. Kissojen touhuja oli kuitenkin hauska seurata.

A cute cafe with cute cats and two bunnies. 5€ entrance fee per person felt a bit too much since the menu items itself are quite pricy as well. Reservering a table is recommended. Service was good and we got our drinks fast.

Nettisivut eivät pidä paikkansa edelleenkään, kissojen suhteen (kissoja on 10kpl ja 3-4 oliko muuttunut, yksi kissa ei ole ollut siellä kahteen vuoteen). Oli pienoinen pettymys pojillekin, kun olivat opiskellut kaikki kissat. Ruokalista on eri paikanpäällä kun netissä. Paikkana epäsiisti. Töykeä asiakaspalvelija oli yksi. Juustolajitelma mikä otettiin kahdelle, ei vastannut kuvausta , piti olla hedelmiä oli n10 viinirypälettä, 2kpl mansikkaa ja 6 pensasmustikkaa. Keksejä oli epätasaluku ja juustopalat oli pienet ja erikokoiset.

Saatiin paikan huonoin pöytä heti sisäänkäynnin vierestä vaikka oli ajoissa tehty varaus. Ei ollut mitään omaa rauhaa keskustella omia juttuja kun tulijat ja menijät seisoskelivat ihan vieressä ja selän takana, osa jopa nojaili tuoliini. Palvelua joutui odottamaan todella pitkään. Lapset olivat jahdanneet kaikki kissat uuvuksiin ja piiloon, samassa tilassa ei ollut yhtään kissaa. Joku lapsirajoite olisi paikallaan, tiloissa ei mahtunut juurikaan liikkumaan kun kaikki kulkutiet täynnä. Kokemus oli tällä kertaa todella huono.

Food was subpar, probably not worth it for the price. The drinks were yummy. Lady at the counter didn’t mention the 5 euro entrance fee until after we had ordered - this should probably be disclosed on the front door. Cats were cute, but we didn’t get to interact with them much! Try to sit wherever they are because we were seated in an area far from where they were napping.

My daughter is a cat lover and she loves bunnies so this place is one of her favourite places in Helsinki! The food and the ambience is great too! The o Ky problem I have is that the staff can be quite rude sometimes. For example we have celebrated my daughter's birthday at the cafe twice already. The first time everything went perfect but the second time the staff were hurrying us off very impatiently and curtly several minutes before the closing time and since we dared to take some last pictures of the birthday group, they even became rude and almost slammed the door behind us. Today I booked a table for my daughter and her godmother, my friend was late so I entered with my daughter at the time that our booking started and the staff were very kind and let us walk around the place to admire the kitties. When we entered the door was open but after some minutes they locked the door. Then my friend arrived and we were talking about where they should sit and what time should I pick up my daughter, when the staff started complaining about the reservation being only for two people and were hurrying me through the door. I would have liked to take pictures of the two of them before leaving but it was impossible. A member of the staff had unlocked the door and was holding it for me as a clear sign that I should leave immediately. It'd be nice if the staff could be more patient with the customers. I cannot help but wonder if we would have been treated the same if we were light skinned and talked in Finnish. I think the staff should ponder about this too.

the staff there were the absolute sweetest and extremely nice, we loved the service so much and the kitty latte I got was very nice too.The prices of the drinks and food are very reasonable, cheaper than most cafés I've been to in helsinki. Plus the cats just make whatever you spend there worth it.Most of the cats don't mind getting lotsof pets but you have to be caring and slow with how you treat the cats, obviously.The whole atmosphere of the cafe was very cozy, it is pretty warm inside which just adds to the warmth it has visually with all the decorations.

Vähän epäilytti näiden arvostelujen perusteella, mutta meillä oli lauantaipäivänä mukava käynti. Lapsia oli toki paikalla mutta kissoja siliteltiin ihan nätisti. Kissoilla on kivasti katonrajassa paikkoja mennä karkuun nukkumaan ja muutenkin ihania koloja kaikkialla. Asiakaspalvelu oli perusystävällistä ja ruokaakin saatiin kohtuuajassa. Mukava käynti.
