Rannekellon rannekeesta puuttui pala, mutta oli muuten ihan käyttökelpoinen. Viety korjausarvioitavaksi jolloin totesivat että koko ranneke pitää vaihtaa (sen jälkeen kun olivat poistaneet useamman palan jo rannekeesta, tehden kellon käyttökelvottomaksi). Lähettivät kellon maahantuojalle, joka ilmoitti kustannusarvioksi 270€ (kellon hinta uutena oli 230€). Totesin että en korjauta tuolla hinnalla. Palvelumaksu täytyi kuitenkin maksaa (30€) ja uusi nahkainen ranneke (30€). Eli toisin sanoen siitä että tekivät käyttökelpoisesta kellosta käyttökelvottoman jouduin maksamaan 30€ ja toiset 30€ jotta saan sen taas käyttöön. En suosittele kenellekään.

Bought a new necklace and a pair of earrings here. Couple days later I decided the necklace wasn't my style after all. I took it back to the shop with the receipt and in original packaging, and the salesman refused to accept the return. Same guy who sold it to me, remembered me and everything. There was no reason why it wouldn't be accepted, and he didn't even try to give me a reason. It wasn't on sale, he wasn't emptying the store... And he didn't inform me in any way at time of sale that all sales were final. There was no reason why it shouldn't have been accepted at all. I even told a shop down the street what had happened and they said that was strange that the return wasn't accepted".Very bad service

One of the only, if not the only Goldsmiths in Helsinki that actually has a real goldsmith working in the shop. For this reason alone it should have 5 stars, as it is impossible to get jewellery altered or fixed any other place in Helsinki. If you want to buy Kalevala Koru, they have a wide variety of older items that the KK no longer offer. Also this is the place to go if you want your KK jewellery fixed.The shop has a wide range of products on offer and is very friendly and knowledgeable.
