Good car, good service. Everything was great until they tried to slap us with a 550€ bill for a minuscule scratch on the car. Luckily, we had a picture to prove that the scratch was there before rental and they quickly refunded our deposit. Still I would not recommend this rental agency. If you decide to go with them, take pictures of the car at pickup to avoid a very expensive misadventure.

Nous avons loué une voiture avec Greenmotion à Rovaniemi. Tout c'est très bien passé, personnels à l'écoute, très accommodant car nous devions théoriquement prendre la voiture à l'aéroport et nous avons pu sans sur coût l'avoir à notre arrivée à la gare. voiture quasiment neuve, hybride. Tarif très correct. Aucun soucis au retour malgré que nous ayons rendu la voiture avant l'ouverture de l'agence. Je recommande

Wir hatten einen Wagen für eine Woche gebucht und bezahlt doch hatten bei der Anreise leider einen Tag Verzug. Unsere Buchung wurde in der Zeit einfach storniert ohne uns eine Rückmeldung zu geben oder einmal nachzufragen wie bei uns der Stand der Dinge ist. Geld weg / Auto nicht da / 0 von 1000 möglichen Punkten!
