This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a cleaning service. They stole from us, didn’t do all the work we asked for, and threatened us in the end.They came to my apartment in time for a moving cleaning service. We gave them a list of the things we needed them to do, and they told us that the oven and fridge cleaning weren’t included, so we agreed to pay extra for that. We also agreed that they’d call us when they were done with the cleaning, and we left.They didn’t call us that day at all. After a few days, we came back to the apartment to find that they didn’t do everything on the list, but more than that, they took something from the apartment, a ukulele.We called them and the woman in charge said she had no idea what we were talking about but she would check with the cleaners, see if they knew something, and call us the next morning.The next day we called them again after they didn’t call and they didn’t pick up. Later, they called us to tell us that they took it and had it in their “lost and found”. According to them, if you hire their moving cleaning services, they can take whatever they want from the apartment, as they asume you don’t want your stuff anymore.They told us they could send it to us, but not that day, since they didn’t have time for that, so we decided to go pick it up.We drove for 45 minutes to the location, and met there with a guy in a white van without any logo.When my partner already had the ukulele, and he was coming to meet me at our car, the guy from the van started following him from a distance, between some trees. I didn’t like that (more so after they had already stolen from us), so I took out my phone and pointed at him to take a photo of the whole situation, where you could see him following my partner, and we left as quickly as we could.After that, the woman in charge sent me a threatening sms saying that I had to remove any photos I took, because taking photos of someone in the street is ilegal and also that the guy only took the ukulele from our apartment because she said so (even after admitting to us that she didn’t know anything about it the day before).Anyway, as I said, the worst experience with a cleaning service.
