Arctic City Hotel

We stayed here 2 times. We enjoyed our stay on both occasions. The front desk is so extremely friendly and helpful, the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean.They have 2 restaurants, one fancier steakhouse and one pub. Both had very friendly staff, excellent service and good food.I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a good option for people looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in a central location. The rooms are very small and better suited for solo travelers, but the service is excellent and the location is ideal. They have covered parking if you rent a car.The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that guests have a memorable stay. They are always happy to assist with booking tours and activities and answering any questions you may have.The hotel is located in the heart of Rovaniemi, close to all of the main attractions, including Santa Claus Village, the Arktikum Science Museum, shopping. It is also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and cafes.

Ystävällinen palvelu ja ruoka oli hyvää. Helppo tulla. Meidän lisäksemme ravintola oli muuten kovin hiljainen. Hyvin sisustettu ja tila oli viihtyisä. Penkit karvaselkineen"jäivät hyvin mieleen ☺️"

Parkkipaikka aika surkea ja wc pieni, muuten antaisin 5. Mukava henkilökunta.

Good location but a little bit small rooms and really noisy ventilation. They provided earplugs in the rooms.

The room was really small, we could not move in the room at all. The cleaning was also a little bit off, they just made the bed.What was great though was the breakfast with a lot of different types of food to try.

Amazing place to stay in Rovaniemi. Would highly recommend to everyone.Rooms are quite small if you have lots of luggage but other than that everything about the Arctic City Hotel really was fantastic.Super central being right in the city and the bus to the Santa Claus Village is right on your doorstep. Shopping centres within walking distance and quite a few eating places. Your usual takeaway Subway,McDonalds and Burger King just down the street.We had free breakfast everyday and it really was so delicious. Fresh Salmon, hot breakfast and continental as well as bakery items and fresh fruit and juices on tap.The staff were exceptional, and truly went over and beyond. They provided local knowledge about Rovaniemi, reheated meals for us and bought cutlery right up to room.They are so pleasant and the customer service there really was awesome.Thanks for a great stay Arctic City Hotel.
