One of the few choices for stays in this part of Jätkäsaari. Clearly aimed at those needing away-from-office workspace it also functions well for leisure stays where you might wish to spend more time in your own space.Helsinki's well thought through public transport means you can get anywhere quickly.Two points: breakfast is not traditional hotel fare. Little choice, enough to get you by. And the stairs to your bed may be steep. Not something to attempt if this is a problem for you.Very modern, very business". Not a great view."

Rooms are great. Cleaning could use improvement to more often than 1/w. Also for some reason cleaning starts at very early times (9am) compared to normal hotels. Overall, friendly staff but cleaning consistency and quality can improve for sure to be properly called living"."

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel boasts a captivating design, and the comfort of the beds made for a relaxing stay. The inclusion of a small kitchen and a TV in the room added a convenient touch to the accommodations.One of the highlights was the stunning bay view from our room – it truly added a special touch to the stay. On the top floor, guests can enjoy a sauna and bar, which were all well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind. A gym is also available.The customer service at Unity Hotel was exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist made the stay even more enjoyable.However, the one letdown was the breakfast. While the rest of the amenities were excellent, the breakfast options were somewhat disappointing. The limited variety of a sandwich, croissant, or muffin, along with yogurt and granola, became repetitive each day. The coffee offered was also subpar.In summary, Unity Hotel offers a wonderful stay with its impressive design, comfortable amenities, and remarkable customer service. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast selection, as it fell short of the otherwise impeccable experience.

Good new and stylish accomodation. Decent transport links, supermarkets close by and some restaurants within walking distance.Reasons for the star deduction are 1) the kitchen was missing some key items like tongs, a tea towel for drying dishes and tablets for the dishwasher; 2) the bathroom light was automatic and would sometimes turn off while I was showering; 3) the bed was a very firm; 4) since the bed was on a loft, it would often get too warm up there from the heater.

Cold rooms, was freezing all the time. Unhelpful staff, could not help with any questions we had. Never got access to the gym even though we should have had access. The rooms where functional and modern.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome. The rooms are stylish, comfortable.Fitness center, sauna, workspace all 10/10 !

Very nice apartments even for short stays! Best hotel on my whole trip the rooms are amazing for the price. Just the soap/shower gel was empty after a few days because they weren't full enough and some hair in the shower

room service is terrible. at least on 5f. they never clean the rooms entirely clean (even leave dust under the sofa lol, literally sweeping under a rug)... and barely swap body and shampoo with new ones. not to mention that once per week cleaning is 100% not enough compared to hotels that do it 2-3 times per week...location is great but yeah wow service needs fixing and fast. i wont be staying here until i see new reviews about room service...

Easy check in - checked in with the app - and spacious room with a refrigerator, a small hob, dishes, utensils and a dishwasher. Room was clean, sofa was comfortable to sleep on it. Also, smart TV. Location was good, it's located at the outskirt of the city but there is a tram stop just around the corner. All in all I would definitely come back when I'm next in Helsinki.

We stayed there over new years and this apartment Hotel is perfect for a city trip! Well furnished with everything you could ask for. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!
