Please never rent a car with this company. When we received the car, one of the doors couldn't open, and this same door had a bump on the inside. Since the company made a check-in of the outside of the car and not the inside, the now charge us for this inside bump, claiming that it is our fault. We have to pay now thousands of € of damage for this door that we didn't even touch. I called them during the day (in the morning, 1 and a half hour after receiving the car) to report the problem, but now they say that i didn't report it and that i'm lying. So we basically have to pay a huge amount of money due to their lack of professionalism, since they didn't even check the inside of the car when they give it to us. What a shame.If I could put 0 star I would do it.

80 days since we returned the car and still waiting for the return of the deposit. They told me several times that there is no problem and the deposit had been released in different dates but nothing happened. Now, we will have to take legal actionsPlease, don't rent with them. They are lying and stealing our money.You could be next...

Pre-booked car was waiting for me at the airport. Friendly service and affordable yet top of the line vehicles. I was able to return the keys to a safebox outside the opening hours.

This company charged me 180 euros after I returned the car because they had to quarantine" it for 2 days. There was no advance warning of this

My experience has Been negative.We have asked in advance a baby seat for a kid of 22 kg but we have found a seat that was too small- which has been changed immediately but we had wasted some time( had to go to a specific garage to get the right size) , not ideal.Moreover the fuel door of the car did not open and we could not fuel the car ( no one informed it could be frozen) . Despite informing the company at our arrival at the airport ( left a message since no personnel was available at 8 am in the airport ) we have been charged 3 eur per liter. Next time I will book a different company.

I rented a small auto car at Finn-rent through Agoda/Rentalcars in November 2022 with pick up at Rovaniemi train station (there is a counter there). I was very pleasantly surprised by the condition of the car, it was new and interior was clean, also has smart functions. The agent was running slightly late ~20+min (we had to call a number to confirm that our appointment was still on), but nonetheless the process was smooth, he was friendly and gave us tips on driving. It was value for money too compared to other big rental companies, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Everything was good with pick up, the car was over our expectations. They are so kind and reactive with mail and by phone. Mrs Sari was very helpful and welcoming during our reindeer accident.. So many Thank you. Chiara and Claudia

Don't use this company. They charged us €30 after returning the car, because we were 20 min late. No receipt, no letter, nothing. They just do whatever they want. Very sad
