Had this service for a while. Due to operator issues (Leaddesk and their 3rd party) patients couldn't reach us for a day. This happened multiple times. LeadDesk Tech help couldn't help or troubleshoot, we figured out this by hiring external help. Had service unused for over 6 months.. When cancelling the service via email had no response. When calling the sales just got an arrogant answer and bad experience. Overall this service caused our business more harm than good. I am happy that this did not lead to any dangerous situations for our patients. If you rely on appointments being booked by phone call, this is definitely not the right solution.
