Well, it's the student union for Aalto university students. Staff is friendly and helpful even if you go in and don't know what you are doing (I tried). There can be a bit of a queue whenever a semester has just started, with everyone renewing their student cards.

Good people. Really helped to me when I come to Aalto. They described what I should do next. When you come you need to take special ticket to take place in queue. Near to Alvari square and the main building of Aalto University

Hankala tavoittaa kiireellisissäkin asioissa. Aukioloajat ovat hyvin suppeat, eikä puhelimeen yleensä vastata aukioloaikoinakaan. Antavat deadlinejä asumista koskeviin päätöksiin, joista olisi mahdollista soittamalla saada lisäinformaatiota, mutta asuntotoimisto ei ole lainkaan auki ennen päätöksen deadlinea.
