+ got 3 classes higher car than I booked for same price+ car in a good condition- Information about the pickup was “There will be a person on arrival and show you your car.” Unfortunately this is not true and I spent 20 minutes of waiting on arrival, than looking at the another rental company’s desks and than on phone to get the proper information. Another 10 minutes of waiting in the garage…Why don’t you just write that is necessary to go to P3b parking, level 1 and than call your representative…. Could be so easy…

Nicht empfehlenswert! 500€ Kaution wurden am ersten Miettag abgebucht (nicht wie sonst üblich nur geblockt!), seit 2 Monaten warte ich auf eine Rückbuchung!
