UPDATE: I paid my fine because it was my mistake (despites the disastrous customer service), but later on I notice that the area on Alppila (Muottikatu) has cars parked in fields next to the train rails, right next to the warning sign of Parkkipartio. You CANNOT park in that area, but no car gets a fine there. It's just a company with 0 reliability and 0 work ethics, they basically fine who they feel like, not who deserves it. Very sad, I will take my next fine to court and prove that they have no system based on what happens in Muottikatu.They deny reclamations with a reasonable base and they do not consider any external factors influencing the situation. They deny to answer in English.In purpose, an answer to an English reclamation will be in Finnish language to blurry the explanation. If you try to argue that on the phone (speaking in fluent English), they will tell you that Finnish is the official language of Finland, when the situation is I am the one taking the first step in the reclamation and as an affected person I NEED to know the status of my reclamation in a language that I understand. It is not about the power of being able to send emails in Finnish because it is the official language, it is about being a decent company and interacting in a polite way.It's 50 miserable euros, I humbly accept my mistakes, Parkki Partio, you should accept yours too.Disastrous customer service, disastrous way of handling reclamations even for minor things, rude people on the phone.

Pysäköinnin valvojat työskentelevät provisiopalkalla. Mitä enemmän sakkoja, sen parempi.Olivat antaneet taloyhtiön pihalla pysäköintiruudun haltijalle sakon kun oli ollut laina-autolla parkissa. Olivat myös antaneet lukitussa pyörävarastossa olleelle mopolle sakot myös, vaikka mopon saa pysäköidä samoin tavoin kun pyörän. Kumma kun kuvittelevat että voivat tehdä mopojen kanssa sopimuksia.Onneksi tällekin kusetukselle tulee pian loppu :)
