Terrible business! The seller has incredibly insulting and discriminating acts! We are shocked by her unacceptable behaviour. At the moment of our entrance to the shop, there was a beep of the door alarm, then the seller came and asked very humiliating questions about our shopping bag, what was inside, where did we buy each thing from, …! Afterwards, she rudely took our shopping bag away without any reason (I was emphasising that she is not allowed to touch anything but she did not care). Then she unexpectedly wanted to damage an intact product that we bought from another store by opening it!!! Lastly, during the payment, she asked about our nationalities and my job!!! Also six months ago, during our visit to this store, this seller had a negative impact by spying on us in an impolite manner, which really gave us a bad sense to leave the store immediately. I do not understand that where on earth a seller can have such offensive and discriminative behaviour with her customer. Despite the fact that we bought a good suitcase, but we are really regretful to be left with the worst shopping memory. It is absolutely disrespectful!
