Bester Service! Der Schraubenkopf zur Befestigung einer Rolle an meinem RIMOWA Pilotenkoffer war abgebrochen. Schnell und unkompliziert haben mir die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen im RIMOWA Store Helsinki geholfen und den kompletten Rollenhalter ausgetauscht, und zudem noch sämtliche Schrauben an den drei anderen Rollen erneuert. Bei einem solchen Service wird mir als viel Reisender bewusst, wir wichtige und wertvoll ein solcher Service ist! Vielen Dank!!!
