Since recent change in ownership standards have dropped. The payment system seems complicated to some. The new camera system which is supposed to recognise the licence plate is unreliable. It failed twice to recognise my car when exiting. I have checked the condition and cleanliness of my license plate which are great and they passed an inspection afterwards. I have been billed for time I was not present at. Customer support told that they wont claim payment even though they did attempt to do this several times after my call. I wrote feedback through their website, to which they they failed to address most of my concerns. They seemed interested only in issues related to billing.
