Cyril is a really nice person, excellent customer service, me and my boyfriend felt welcomed and good experience while purchasing two perfect state bikes and he even made a discount on the final price. One of the best places in Tampere.

Hiukan arvokkaaksi tuli kun nostettii pari senttiä ohjaustankoo ylöspäin. Hommaan meni pari minuuttia mutta maksoi 20€. Yleensä kun olen muissa liikkeissä hoitanut moisen säätötyön on hinta ollut yli puolet vähemmän (5-10€ tai tippinä). Kortti ei toiminut joten jouduin säätämään käteisen haun kanssa. Palvelu oli kuitenkin mukavaa ja homma tuli hoidetuksi.

The quality of service offered by these guys is unreal; I cannot recommend their services enough. They go out of their way to assist you, and as a complete cycling rookie myself they answered a lot of questions I had regarding my new bike. From what I recall, they also have a Winter shelter for bikes for those of you without a safe space inside to store your bike.
