Plaza Premium Lounge Helsinki

First time trying this lounge due to travelling with Turkish Business class. It is small and cosy.. Good view for watching air planes taking off and landing. There are tables with socket to charge. Shower is also possible. Few dishes to get by scanning qr code and get virtual menu. Food bring to table. I tried finnish smoke salmon soup and meat ball with tomato sauce and mash potatoes. Both tasted good. Not much dessert offered. Wine, beer, liquor, coffee, tea and sodas are offered. It is ok lounge for short stay. Customer service is friendly and attentive. There were few tube pod to sleep downstair.

Food was horrible. It seemed like it was just taken out of the freezer and warmed in microwave.Service was good.

Small but it has everything you need, tasty food and tasty gin tonic, wished to have more alcohol options, only available options are karhu beer with 4.2 alchol, wine or gin.

This is such an incredible lounge. First, it’s important to note that you can access this via priority pass upon arrival which is just delightful! It has lots of amenities that you won’t find at other lounges too including a soda fountain (with an ice machine) and hot food prepared upon order. The cold options (e.g., pasta salad, fresh veggies) are excellent. This is definitely worth the trip.

We decided to get some food and rest before our flight from HEL to LHR on the 28th May 2022 in this lounge, and I must say the overall experience is very positive. While choices of warm food is not many, but good enough for a warm lunch. Food quality is above average, and the choices of wine were pretty decent. Cold plates (salad, fruits) are also available but we took only the warm options. Coffee was pretty good.What made the stay/visit really worth it, was the excellent service provided by the staff there. Daniel was going all out to make sure we are taken care off. The other two ladies (sorry I forgot the names) were also very kind and helpful - it does not matter if it was about clarification on the services (like my visit using my credit card does not allow shower facilities) or choice of wine - all are answered with kindness and professionalism. I will definitely want to visit this lounge again if I visit Helsinki again next time. Thanks!

Tilava, tyylikäs, valoisa ja ruuhkaton. On eri kokoisia pöytäryhmiä ja tuoleja ikkunan luona. Sapuskapuolelta löytyy salaattipöytä, keitto ja lämmin ruoka. Ihan maistuvaa, ei huippua. Ilmaiseksi saa teetä, kahvia, limua, olutta, viiniä ja giniä, muista joutuu maksamaan. Isot ikkunat aukeavat kentän suuntaan. Mahdollisuus suihkuiluun lisämaksua vastaan. Myös pienehkö leikkisoppi löytyy. Netti kuuluu asiaan, on nopea ja ilmainen. Iso osa henkilökunnasta puhuu vain englantia. Rauhallinen kokonaisuus.

Pay per use Lounge in the non-Schengen terminal in HEL. Near gate 40. Clean, no rush environment, international personnel. Star Alliance uses this lounge. Somewhat limited selection of foods but what they have is ok. Alcoholic drinks from the bar, reasonably priced. Coffee and water for free. This Lounge is ok but not special.

Pretty good lounge with a wide choice of refreshments and snacks. While it’s not the best lounge ever, it had what I needed - coffee, tea, snacks, food, alcoholic drinks, a decent bathroom, relaxing chairs.I would have given it 4 stars, but the addition of hot food that you can order from your table moved the needle to 5 stars. It’s not particularly the best food, I did like the salad bar and the vegetable food. The Penne was alright, but personally I preferred the sweet chili chicken!

Nice lounge with attentive service. Good view to the apron.Cleanliness 4/5.Pity no whiskey sour available from the bar.
