Would not recommend Omasali to anyone. Very unprofessional work with the gym installation, and arrogant customer service. They really screwed up our installation, and refused to admit their mistakes. We had to involve the gym equipment producers, importers, and the Consumer Disputes Board to resolve the issue. Still waiting for our money to be paid back (don't pay the 100% upfront fee if they ask).

I do not recommend Omasali to anyone.I paid in advance for a premium gym floor installation. Omasali did a very poor job (I can send pictures to anyone interested via facebook).They refuse to pay us back. Hannu (CEO?) was first very rude on the phone, and after our first call simply stopped answering his phone – very maturely and professional behavior..?Now I’m very upset with Omasali. We’re taking this further via Kilpailu-ja Kuluttajavirasto (Finnish consumer authorities). In the meantime, I hope nobody else gets tricked by these guys
