I’m thrilled with my stay here! The rooms are small but if you’ve traveled in Europe before you know what to expect. The amenities are super! The two story gym is great, it has all the right equipment. The rooftop terrace is a nice spot to unwind. I couldn’t be happier that I chose this place, and highly recommend it for anyone traveling through Helsinki!

Very Finnish style hotel where there is very little service in the sense that almost everything is self-service. However that keeps prices down so it is a trade off I am willing to make. The only complaint about the room is that the radiator seems too big for the size of the room, the temperature inside was above 23 celcius all the time even with the setting set to the lowest point, too hot in my opinion.

Location : not too far from the center but it takes 15 minutes walk. Better to use the tramService : all the time, check-in is self service. No explanation from the staff without asking. I didn’t know that there was a sauna in the building after check-outFacilities : bed was only one. Outlets were there but not convenient places for me. It was very hard to use the washing machine in the studio.

Im traveling around many countries as social media creator, I actually was in Helsinki from 14 till 19 May and bought a air ticket to Stockholm from 19 till 24 May then by mistake I did the booking in Helsinki instead of Stockholm, I called Agoda and the hotel even I went there explained to them that I bought the ticket before I made this booking but they refused to discuss!!!!With such attitude and no respect to people I advise to think ten times before you book in this hotel !!!!

Great apartment-hotel with a lot of services. Everything is new and the atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. We made our own breakfasts and dinners in the studio (there's a supermarket on the same block) and tried the small but luxurious spa. Highly recommended for short or long stays! It's a 10-15 minute walk from the city core but there's a tram service close by. Very close to the Viking Line terminal as well.

Great location, walked to all the harbor sites, easy transit to the number 4 tram. Studio is quiet and had all amenities. Very nice!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Was ideal for our 10 nights. Great location, perfect to explore the city. Loved all the amenity Noli offered, even took up a few free yoga classes! Rooftop was perfect for a drink, book and view. Would 100% recommend whether you are staying for a week or a year.

We stayed here two nights on our trip to Helsinki. Firstly the location is fantastic and literally on a tram route so super easy to get around, as well as walkable from all main areas.The room itself was very functional although we didn't use any of the facilities such as the washing machine or kitchen due to our short stay.The bathroom was quite small though.The bed was comfy and quiet area so had a good night's sleep.The block also has communal areas and other facilities which we didn't use. We had a quick look at the rooftop which would have been lovely to sit on.The restaurant area was a strange addition as it didn't open for any of our stay.

What an excellent idea. Stayed following a recommendation and yes they are excellent. Small but the room has everything. Shower is great, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer. Bed comfortable.Great location, very easy for the tram but only a short walk into the city centre.
