Sain upeaa palvelua, muualta loppuunmyydyn takin varaus liikkeeseen onnistui puolivahingossa Instagramin kautta, ja asiakaspalvelu oli 12/10.

Unprofessional and insulting behavior by staff. We purchased two dresses for ~70 EUR (normal price) on the 28th of August, without trying as we were in hurry and did not have time to try them on at the shop. When we returned home and had the chance to try it on, it was immediately clear that unfortunately, the size did not fit so we knew we had to return them. A few weeks later we still did not have a chance to bring it back since we live in another city and did not have a good moment to go to the shop. We had some international travels and therefore we knew we could not come to the shop for some time, so we called the shop to tell about it, to with the response was that it is OK and that we should just bring it as soon as possible. We finally managed to come last Saturday (1st of October, around 5 pm) to the shop and we are told that oh, because it is over 30 days you cannot return it anymore, you have to keep it, try to sell it on Facebook or elsewhere". I explained the situation and that we were in touch about it beforehand
