LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this studio!!!!!!! It’s such a welcoming environment for all levels. The instructors are all well educated. The classes are the perfect size so you are always getting the help and attention you need to maximise the workout. Highly recommend if you want to sweat and tone your body.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first ever Pilates session with Johanna, her enthusiasm and energy was infectious. The studio was modern and well equipped. I'll definitely be back to continue with the beginners course. Thank you!

I love this studio, it’s by far the best in Helsinki. I make a point of visiting for a private session with Johanna every time I visit the country! Johanna really works me during our sessions and I always feel I get more value for money than I’ve paid for. She really is an expert in her field. Professional, reliable, clean and great for the beach bod!!

Best pilates in town! The place to be if you want to find your abs. Jo’s class never leaves you cold - detailed instruction, great sequencing and beautiful set up. As a bonus comes her British sense of humour and best vegan recipes. Highly recommend Proud Pilates❤️

I have been going to classes here since the doors were open. I would recommend this amazing (and beautiful) studio to everyone no matter if it's your first time taking a class or if you are experienced!
